Been a while since I used OpenRemote, but figure I'd get back to using it.
Quick question, something is odd when I try and create a design for my Nexus 10 tablet. Regardless of the screen size I use, either the actual device screen resolution or smaller, items appear "cropped". One extremity of the slider button, for example, is cut off regardless of how big or small I make it. As if it doesn't fit. Very odd.
Granted I am using OpenRemote Controller version 2.0.1 at the moment, hopefully this issue was fixed.
Any ideas on what's going on?
p.s: This also happened on a previous android tablet I owned.
I also have Nexus 10 and I don't have that kind of problems either in webconsole or androidconsole. I use 17062013 developer preview controller and also newest androiconsole. One thing on the android tablets is though changing aspect ratio depending on whether tou are using it portrait or landscape.

Downloaded and installed the APP from here rather than the one available from the Google store.
All seems well now.

I get the "clipped" issues on my Nexus 4 & 7. However, if I install the app from the site (not the store) my layouts go entirely to hell (everything seems massively shrunk.
I'll try screengrabbing some later (redecorating presently so time is a problem!)

Excuse the poor image creation (it won't create thumbnails...) but this is what I'm getting....
First picture is a screengrab of my main screen from the STORE downloaded version of the app - set for default Android dimensions...
Second picture is a screengrab of the same screen using the WEBSITE downloaded version of the app (note the mahoosive rescaling)
Third picture shows slider clipping on the STORE version (you may have to scroll the images right)
Fourth picture shows same screen (slider) on the WEBSITE version (crushed!)
All taken on the same device (Nexus 7) but the result is the same on my Nexus 4.
In my mind the STORE app is behaving, as it just "scales up" the smaller screen.

Check this app
App to get screen sizes
The measurements that this is app show are quite close to all the necessary measures to create panels with OpenRemote, I have used this app to create panels with divers phones and tablets.
Also check out this topic:
SAMSUNG S2 PANEL
I think this will help you solve your problem

That didn't work - The Nexus 7 is 1920 x 1200, and it reported device independant pixels, which were only 7 pixels off from the stock android panel.
I created a new 1920x1200 panel and it did the same thing (tiny graphics)
