Hi to everybody,
I hope someone can help me,I'm a noob and I'm trying to learn reading the site and the forum. I'm using a raspberry pi running java 1.8.0 as controller to my knx domotic system. Now I can controll all my blinds,but I can't use the rules, I'm trying to write a rule to close all my blinds at 23.00 but it doesn'the work. The syntax I used is very simple I've pasted some pices of rule seen on the site than click sub,it and sync but nothing happened. How can I fix the problem or better how can I understand the problem? How can I understand if the rule has been sent to engine or if the engine crashed? Thanks a lot in advance
Ps I paste here the rule I wrote

package org.openremote.controller.protocol

global org.openremote.controller.statuscache.CommandFacade execute;
global org.openremote.controller.statuscache.SwitchFacade switches;
import org.openremote.controller.protocol.*;

rule "chiudi tapparelle ale 23"

timer (cron: 00 00 23 * * ?)

when eval (true) then

execute.command("Movimento (DOWN) Generale");

end

First thing, trying to understand the problem, would be to look into the boot log file. It is located in your Openremote install directory in logs/boot.log file.

Now it works. I added a space (total 2 spaces) before timer and execute. I don't know if itwas the problem but now it do what it should. Now i'm going to add a rule, i've seen from examples that i can add its down the first. This evening i'll try. Thanks for everything
