I want to use openremote for my raspberry, but I have problems with the graphical interface, because to perform the commands I'm use the shell and then "sudo python" does not work since you can add a single parameter that is "start". is there a solution?

Which "start" do you mean?
The "Shell Execution" command needs minimum 2 paramter which are full path to executable and command parameter.
In your case path should take "sudo" and parameter "python".
You just have to see, what about the path. So you might need to add the path to your .py script.

Mind also that sudo command will prompt for the root password from STDIN before it continue.

True, and in that case it will not work
I think in the sudoer conf, you should be able to configure that the pasword is not asked.
