Hello,
I am wondering if there is a possibility to mirror the slider in the UI designer in order that the min value is on the top (vertical slider) or the right and the max value is on the bottom or left.
Maybe one could add another check-box for mirroring in addition to the "vertical" check-box.
My problem is that I would like in the panel to pull up/down the blinds symbol to open/close them. My blinds are fully open when i send the position command value 0% and fully closed when the values is 100%.
That would require that at the top of the slider I have the 0%=min value and at the bottom 100%=max value.
I think the mirror slider option could be useful also for other applications.
Best regards,
Chrisch

Ok!
I found a User forum discussion and a wish list for UI elements in the Design forum that reported this problem/wish. I couldn't find any solution. Are there some discussions i missed?
Is there a solution?
Best regards,
Chrisch

Definitely something we want to add but no time to do it right now.

Solution I can see for now is to use rules to compute an "inverse" value using in memory sensors.

Ok i will try to write some rules to do a workaround and be patient hoping that the mirrored slider will be implemented soon .
Thanks,
Chrisch
