Hi,

my name is Tommaso, I am new to domotic and Openremote and need little help..

I am trying to setup my home system to control home floor heating.

I've predisposed a Synology TS212 to host the openremote controller and a Weinzierl KNX-IP interface to link the lan to the KNX bus.

So far, I want to import on OR designer the ETSproject, but I'm not sure what commands need be assigned to specific groupaddress: I've attached an image for clarity.

Specifically if you look at the groupaddress:

0/1/0 Attivazione modo riscaldamento taverna (activation basement heating mode ) or at
0/1/1 Feedback modo riscaldamento taverna (Feedback basement heating mode)

what command do they need? are they supposed to use DPT 20.102? is it implemented?

Every advice would be really appreciated!!!

Tommaso

Those 2 group adresses sound like DPT1.001 which means "switch" and "switch status"

I've linked the ETS4 group address report for further clarity. page 1. 1 byte DPT type. Does it need to be associated to 1.001?

Thanksin advance,

Tommaso

I don't have access to my stuff at the moment but 1 byte is not DPT1.xxx. Is that a temperature?
The 1bit is DPT1.xxx

It should set a heating modality like "confort", "standby", "nofrost", etcetera..

Looks like DPT20.102 which is not supported.
You could try DPT5.001 which is also 1byte and use "Range Status" as a sensor and "Range" for the command.
